Ukulele Summer

My 4-week ukulele workshop with Cali Rose at Boulevard Music in Culver City ends in 2 weeks. We're taking off a few weeks, then we start up again on July 16th. Cali is also teaching beginning ukulele classes at the shop, starting on the 16th. The classes are small, personal and tailored to each group. Come on, join us and have some fun this summer!

There are LOTS of ukulele events in Los Angeles and around the world this summer. I hope to see you at one or ALL of them!

I'm really looking forward to the L.A. International Ukulele Festival in Torrance on September 30th. There are new teachers for this one-day festival, vendors, concerts and more this year. It's always a wonderful day!
Even Lucy plays the ukulele!

In addition to Cali Rose's workshop in Culver City, there are a number of uke groups around L.A. too: Huntington Beach Groups; South Bay Strummers and the Pluckin' Strummers in Atwater. There's a great uke shop in Little Tokyo called U-Space. They have classes and concerts throughout the year. It's also a great place to hang out! Check your local music store for ukulele lessons and groups. It's fun. Let's jam!

I'm sure you'll be the center of attention with our brand new custom uke! How is it breaking in?
